Who can come?
OUH radiology trainees and consultants, allied health professionals, plus guests.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Guest tickets are £70, and there's a maximum of two £70 tickets per person.
Why are some tickets £20 and some £70?
£70 is what the evening actually costs per head. Our sponsor covers the difference on the first 50 department tickets, bringing those down to £20. One £20 ticket per person, and once they've gone the price is £70.
What's the dress code?
Black tie if possible. Dinner jacket and black bow tie (or any other formal wear), or an evening dress or equivalent.
I'm vegetarian / I have an allergy.
Both are handled at booking: you choose standard or vegetarian, and there's a box for allergies. The kitchen works from those answers, so please fill them in accurately.
Can I get a refund?
Available up to 1 December 2026. No refunds after that date. Refunds are processed through Eventbrite, where you booked.
What time does it start and finish?
The drinks reception starts at 6pm. The rest of the running order is on The Evening page, and other times will be added there once confirmed.
